  • Patricia Philpot, RDH
    Dental Hygienist

I have spent nearly 3 decades at Holly Street Dental as a hygienist.

I have truly loved all of it.

    Other interests….

    Woodworking, art, family, friends.

I am a DIY person. If it breaks, I will google it and give it the ole college try to fix it.

I look forward to completing my career at Holly Street and serving my patients with all that I have.

    I have got you.

When you are in my chair and care, you will get all of me with a sense of energy, excitement, and enthusiasm.

I look forward to serving you.

  • Jill Parker, RDH
    Dental Hygienist

Jill (Puffer) Parker has been a dental hygienist for almost 30 years.  Born and raised in the area, Jill attended Brigham Young University where she holds a BGS and then MHCC for dental hygiene.  Jill joined Holly Street Dental in 2017 after working with her father, a dentist in Molalla, for over two decades. Jill and her husband, Troy, later took a “break” to serve a 3-year mission in the jungles of Peru. She is now happily back with our amazing team.

Troy & Jill have two sons and three beautiful grandchildren.  She enjoys college football and basketball, reading, hiking and being with family.

  • Elizabeth Wight, RDH
    Dental Hygienist

Graduated in 2020 from Portland Community College.

Has been with our practice since 2021.

What I love about dentistry: I love getting my own teeth cleaned, and it’s a close second helping other people feel the joy. I also love the science of it all… chemistry, biology, microbiology, physiology, all of it.

In my free time, I love exploring and adventures with my husband and kids, including hiking or long car rides with great music. I love getting lost for the day. It’s my absolute favorite thing to do.

  • Pam McDavid, RDH
    Dental Hygienist

Pam McDavid earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1995. She has been a member of the Holly Street Dental team since 1996. Since her 'retirement' in 2022, she has enjoyed working for Holly Street on a temporary basis, filling in for Pat, Jill, and Elizabeth when they take time off.

When she's living the retired life, she loves watercolor and oil painting, writing, cooking, gardening, travel and family, especially her grandkids.  Pam volunteers once a week at The Canby Center and once a month on the Medical Teams International dental van. She and her husband Andy have 4 children and 7 grandchildren and have lived in their home in Hubbard for almost 30 years.

  • Dan Calvin, RDH
    Dental Hygienist

Dan grew up in Central Oregon then moved to the Portland Area for middle school. He attended Benson Polytechnic High School majoring in Building Construction. He joined the US Army Reserves after moving to Springfield.

Dan graduated Lane Community College for Dental Hygiene in 2006.

He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and her dog. He’s an avid outdoorsman; enjoying snow skiing, scuba diving, snow shoeing, running, and hiking.

Dan has been part time since 2009 here at Holly Street.

“I Love talking with patients one on one, learning where people are and what they love to do.”

  • Jessica Springer, RDH
    Dental Hygienist

Jessica graduated March of 2019 from Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. One of her favorite things about being a Dental Hygienist is education and being able to help others care for their oral health and preventing disease. A few of her passions as a hygienist are getting to know her patients, working with kids and helping ease the fears of anxious patients. Making everyone’s first visit a great experience and building relationships with patients is important to her.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, camping, hiking and being at the coast. She loves spending time with family, friends and her favorite fur babies. Although every once in a while, she does love a good evening indoors snuggling up with a blanket and watching her favorite movie, Legally Blonde. You’ll come to find that she’s a live version of Elle Woods.

While no longer full-time, she hasn’t left entirely. She does work a day here and there to keep up with her favorite Holly Street patients.

  • Rhonda, Dental Assistant
    Dental Assistant

Rhonda has been with Holly Street Dental since 1998! She’s watched so many of our patients grow up and has celebrated milestones along the way with them (graduations, weddings, kids).

She enjoys crafting (being the main instigator in our scarecrow and snowman entries every year.) Loves her family and spending time with her grandkids.

  • Karalie, Patient Care Coordinator
    Patient Care Coordinator

Karalie has been helping patients coordinate their dental care for over 20 years. She is an advocate for patients by helping ease fears, explaining options, and encouraging them to be an integral part of their dental care. Her expertise lies in all areas non-clinical; from scheduling appointments and help navigating the complexities of dental insurance, to understanding treatment and follow-up dental care. She is quick to greet you with a smile and a warm Hello!

When not working with patients, Karalie enjoys traveling. (She’s been to 46 of the 50 states, plus 8 countries!) Practicing calligraphy relaxes her after a long day’s work. She tries to live a simple life, enjoying the quiet of their “mini homestead” with the love of her life and their two rescue cats.

  • Candi, Patient Care Coordinator

Married with two kids, started working for Holly Street Dental in 2021

Has been in dental field for 17 years assisting and as a receptionist
