Natalie Ballas, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist and partner at Holly Street Dental located in Canby, Oregon. At the practice, she consistently strives to deliver the best care for her patients as comfortably and efficiently as possible. 

Dr. Ballas grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, and comes from a family of dentists. Her father was an endodontist, and her uncle was a general dentist. Dr. Ballas’ interest in the industry came from her father and uncle, who mentored her along the way. 

In 2008, she earned her Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2012, Dr. Ballas received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. 

Her dental practice philosophy is built on mutual trust and respect with her patients. For this reason, Dr. Ballas takes the time to help patients understand their treatment options. She also avoids recommending more treatment than patients need to achieve their dental goals. 

Dr. Ballas keeps current in her dental education and the latest technology. She has invested in CEREC® digital dentistry, allowing her to make tooth-colored crowns and take digital impressions promptly. Dr. Ballas also has a 3-D printer which is a valuable tool for many applications in dentistry.

Dr. Ballas lives in Tualatin, Oregon, with her husband of 10 years, Anthony. When she’s not focusing on dentistry, she spends her time volunteering with The Junior League of Portland, a women's civic leadership and volunteer organization, where she currently serves as finance director. 

Dr. Ballas also enjoys keeping active by running, spinning, and powerlifting. Her passions in life include her family, dentistry, and cheese (not necessarily in that order).
